No price adjustments can be made on previous purchases. Sale items are available while supplies last. Lastly, purchased sale items must be picked up by the end of sale date.

In the event an item is listed and or priced incorrectly due to an error in pricing or product information, Water X Scapes, and waterxscapes.com, shall reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed on that item. We may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.
In-Store/Garden Center Payment Policy
Effective immediately - September 14, 2021:
• All credit card transactions will incur a 3% surcharge
• Debit cards are only accepted as credit card transactions.
• NO fees, or surcharges, for transactions by; cash, paper check, money order or electronic check via ACH (Automated Clearing House).
In our efforts to stay viable and competitively priced, we have changed credit card processing companies. Credit Card Processing fees, due to reward points and other factors, continue to rise.
If you pay for a purchase or services provided by Hoffman’s with a Credit Card, a 3% fee will be added onto your Credit Card bill. We at Hoffman’s get no part of this surcharge, but it does reduce our costs to the processing company.
The vendor charges this surcharge fee for each credit card transaction processed.
