Pond Salt

Pond salt is used to help reduce fish stress and in healing knocks and bumps on your koi and other pond fish. 

How Many Pounds in a Cup:

• 2 Pounds : 2.8 cups
• 5 Pounds : 7 cups
• 10 pounds : 14 cups

We recommend 1 cup of pond salt per 100 gallons of pond water to reach 0.1% - which is ideal for pond fish and aquatic plants. Salt should be non-iodized and have no anti-caking agents in it. Sea Salt is best because it has trace minerals in it that benefit fish.

Keep in mind that salt stays in your water. The only way to know the true amount of salt is to test it.
