Shipping Policies
Orders placed online Monday through Friday before 12:00pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) will typically ship the same business day.
Orders placed online after 12:00pm EST will typically ship the following business day.
Orders placed online after 12:00pm EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship on the next business day.
FREE SHIPPING ON SELECT ORDERS OVER $89.00 USD
Orders totaling $89.00 or more may be eligible for free shipping. Valid only on orders shipped within the 48 contiguous States.
Large, oversized orders, and bulk orders, or orders requiring Motor (LTL) Freight Shipment due to weight, dimensions, distance, or carrier restrictions are excluded from Free Shipping.
Products with an indicated "Fixed Shipping Cost" on product pages do not qualify for free shipping and will be charged the indicated set shipping cost for that item.
Ground Shipments
Most packages will be shipped by ground carrier (UPS, FedEx) and typically be delivered in 2-7 business days unless back-ordered or drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. In the event your order is affected by back-ordering or drop shipping we will contact you to discuss delivery options.

Oversized Shipments
Oversized and heavy items that cannot be shipped via FedEx or UPS will be shipped via Motor Freight (LTL) carrier and may incur additional charges. Additional shipping charges will NOT be reflected during checkout. Water X Scapes will contact you with freight cost details, after which the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time. Carriers typically require someone present at the time of delivery to sign/receive the shipment and typically are not obligated to unload the product from the truck.
Local Deliveries
We can locally deliver certain products (i.e. Ceramic Pottery, Boulders, Cast Stone Fountains, etc...). There is a delivery/set up fee of $105 an hour, per man, including drive time. Scenarios that will factor into and affect or adjust the final price are things like; size and weight of item(s), how far away the set-up/drop off area is from the drive way, are there stairs – if so how many, is there a fence/gate, etc.

Live Plants and Animals
Most Live plants and pond fish are currently not available for purchase in our online shop at this time. Plants that are made available for purchase such as Water Hyacinth, Hornwort, and Water Lettuce are only shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays in an attempt to avoid weekend delays in shipments. We do everything we can to ensure plants are safely and securely packaged and will arrive within a reasonable amount of time and in good condition.
Damaged Shipments
If your package appears to be damaged please take pictures for proof and contact us immediately. Incorrect or damaged orders must be submitted within 24 hours.
